The Common Room is the brainchild of Lise McQuillin and Kate Jenner two industry professionals with decades of combined experience across production, agencies, marketing, PR, and business development. More than just collaborators, they’re long-time partners with a shared vision: to create a space where creativity, connection, and careers can thrive.
Lise is a big-picture thinker with a sharp eye for strategy and growth. She’s helped reshape production companies and in-house teams, secured major partnerships, and ensured creative ambition is backed by solid commercial thinking. Her insight makes her a trusted advisor to some of the industry’s biggest names.
Kate is the one who makes it all happen. With a global background in campaigns and business development, she’s an expert in turning vision into action and keeping things moving with care and clarity every step of the way.
